Outstanding Faculty Award
The Outstanding Faculty Award is designed to recognize one current faculty
member each year as having shown exceptional abilities and efforts as an
instructor at CVCC.
This award is given by the Faculty Association and presented at Graduation.
The Employee Recognition Committee assists with the nomination process. The
recipient is selected by the Outstanding Faculty Award Committee. For

Eligibility:
All teaching faculty, full-time or adjunct, who have taught at least three
years at the College, are eligible for this award. A recipient would not
be eligible again for five years after receiving the Outstanding Faculty Award.
Who May Nominate:
CVCC students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and others affiliated
with the College may make nominations for this award.
