CONSUMER HEALTH COMPLETE -- Comprehensive resource for consumer-oriented health content. This database covers all areas of health and wellness, including topics such as aging, cancer, diabetes, drugs & alcohol, fitness, nutrition & dietetics, children's health, men & women's health, etc. It includes: full text for health reference books and encyclopedias, health reports, medical images and diagrams, videos, pamphlets, and health related periodicals.

HEALTH SOURCE: CONSUMER EDITION -- Consumer health information on topics including the medical sciences, food sciences and nutrition, childcare, sports medicine and general health. Full text from magazines, pamphlets, and reference books.

HEALTH SOURCE: NURSING/ACADEMIC EDITION -- Provides indexing, abstracts, and scholarly full text journal articles focusing on many medical disciplines, particularly nursing and allied health. It also features the Lexi-PAL Drug Guide, which covers 1,300 generic drug patient education sheets with more than 4,700 brand names.

MERLOT Health Sciences -- Merlot is a collection of databases that have been created to be used by students. The sites have been reviewed and can supplement your assignments.

CINAHL -- Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health database; provides authoritative coverage of the literature related to nursing and allied health.

ALT HEALTHWATCH -- Index, abstracts, and full text covering complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness. It includes full text articles for journals and reports, pamphlets, booklets, special reports, original research and book excerpts.

ACADEMIC SEARCH COMPLETE -- Comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database. It includes indexing, abstracts, and full text for scholarly publications covering all academic areas of study.

MASTERFILE PREMIER -- Multidisciplinary database providing full text for general reference publications covering subject areas of general interest. It includes full text from reference books, biographies, and primary source documents, as well as an image collection of photos, maps and flags.

NEWSPAPER SOURCE PLUS -- Full text for regional and national newspapers, international newspapers, newswires, and newspaper columns. This database also contains full-text television & radio news transcripts.

ASSOCIATES PROGRAM SOURCE -- This database, designed for junior & community colleges, focuses on degrees and certification programs including: accounting, agricultural sciences, child care services, cosmetology, culinary arts, forestry, food service management, graphic arts, hair dressing, hospitality management, interior design, journalism, plumbing, heating & air conditioning, veterinary technology and welding.

ANNUAL REVIEWS OF THE BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES -- Provides researchers, professors, and scientific professionals with a definitive academic resource in the biomedical sciences; synthesizes the vast amount of primary research literature and identifies the principal contributions in the various disciplines.

OVID JOURNALS -- An aggregate of hundreds of scientific, technical, and medical journals from over 50 publishers and societies.

PSYCINFO -- Citations and summaries of journal articles, book chapters, books, dissertations, and technical reports in the field of psychology and the psychological aspects of related disciplines.

SALUD EN ESPANOL (in Spanish) -- Provides comprehensive reports and fact sheets in Spanish on consumer health and wellness. Reports offer overviews on diseases, conditions, procedures and various treatments. Content includes a diverse collection of health related themes: first aid, infant/ child care and illnesses, alternative medicine, aging and wellness. (Spanish version of Consumer Health Complete database)

MEDICLATINA (in Spanish) -- Collection of medical research and investigatory journals from renowned Latin American and Spanish publishers. This Spanish language database contains full text for peer-reviewed medical journals in native Spanish. Topics include neuroscience, cardiology, nephrology, biomedicine, clinical research, pediatrics, human reproduction, clinical pathology, cancer research, and hematology.

FUENTE ACADEMICA (in Spanish) -- Provides full text for scholarly Spanish language journals in academic areas including business & economics, medical sciences, political science, law, computer science, library & information sciences, literature, linguistics, history, philosophy and theology.
