CVCC, UVA to Host Open House for New Engineering Program
Lynchburg, VA /Media Release / -- Central Virginia Community College and the University of Virginia will conduct an open house for individuals interested in pursuing a bachelor degree in engineering. Attendees will receive information on this ground-breaking educational opportunity that will allow future engineering students to pursue a B.S. degree from the University of Virginia without leaving Lynchburg.
More than one-half dozen leading area businesses will attend the open house to provide information on individual sponsorship programs that offer free tuition, tuition reimbursement, and employment opportunities that include flexible scheduling to meet educational goals.
