CVCC Educational Foundation Welcomes new Board Members

 

Lynchburg, VA /Media Release/ -- The CVCC Educational Foundation announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Richard Ward, Mill Manager for Greif Packaging; John D. Doyle, Jr., President of The Pettyjohn Company; and Gregory A. Graham, Vice President of Southern Air.

 

Richard Ward has a B.S. degree in pulp and paper from North Carolina State and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina State Pulp and Paper Foundation. Dick resides in Amherst and is a member of the Central Virginia Governor’s School Board.

 

Lynchburg resident, John Doyle, is Past President of the Lynchburg Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Advisory Board of Region 2000’s Center for Advanced Engineering and Research (CAER). The University of Notre Dame graduate is a member of the Lynchburg Kiwanis and the Lynchburg Estate Planning Council.

 

Greg Graham is an alumnus of CVCC where he earned an A.A.S. in Drafting and Design Technology. He received his B.S. from Virginia Tech for Building Construction from the Institute’s School of Architecture. Graham is an active member of Associated General Contractors (AGC) and Past Chair of the Board for the United Way.
