Organize a college Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) to act as a steering committee for the strategic planning process. |

The SPC will review and approve the 20-year Vision generated by focus groups, approve the 5-year Goals, with financial revenue and expenditures, proposed by the college divisions and departments and approve the Annual Planning developed by the college departments and division within the parameters set by the 5-year Goals and the 20-year Vision. |

- all members of the President’s Staff
|

- two members of the Classified Staff, including P-14s, as determined by the Classified Staff Association
|

- two members of the Faculty, including Adjunct Faculty, as determined by the Faculty Association
|

|
- two members of the professional staff and Division Chairs, including appropriate P-14s, as determined by this group
