104 Research, Assessment & Planning 104-01-00 Assess the institutional effectiveness of instruction, student services, financial and administrative services, and institutional research. 104-01-01 Assess the following academic programs:  Accounting, Emergency Medical Services/Paramedic, IST--Web, IST--Application Software, IST--Programming, Technical Studies--Building Trades, Computer Network Specialist, Electrical Technology, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance I, Machine Technology, Nuclear Support Technology, Welding.  $                        -     These programs need to be evaluated  to determine how they can be improved to better deliver services to college customers. 104 Research, Assessment & Planning 104-01-00 Assess the institutional effectiveness of instruction, student services, financial and administrative services, and institutional research. 104-01-02 Conduct and report the annual student and graduate surveys, to9 provide feedback about student and graduate satisfaction.  $                        -     Results of graduate and student surveys will be used to improve the performance of college planning units.
