Applying To CVCC
|Within two weeks after applying to CVCC, you will receive a letter containing
your Student ID Number and Username. It is your passport to myCVCC. Use the Forgot
Username and Forgot Password links on the myCVCC login page if you need assistance
with your username or password. For additional support with accessing myCVCC call
the IT Helpdesk at (434) 832-7649. In order for the IT Helpdesk to reset your
password you will need to provide answers to several questions: Full name,
Birthdate, Home Address, High School, Successfully answer two security questions.
If it has been more than three weeks since you applied and you have not received a
response from CVCC, please call the Office of Admissions & Records at
434.832.7633 to inquire about the status of your application.
CVCC is a college within the Virginia Community College System (VCCS).
All first-time students and students returning after a three year absence
or more must complete the web application.
Your application remains active for twelve months. If you applied over a
year ago but never enrolled in any courses you will need to re-apply for
admission. To be eligible for in-state rates you must complete the
Application for In-state Tuition which follows the online application.
||Students under 18 years of age will need to have their parent and/or
legal guardian complete the Parental Permission Form before enrolling
