Costs Of Attending
Required Documentation:
As a prospective F-1 student, you must verify your ability to pay for college classes and
support yourself while in the United States by submitting the ( I-134);
if you have a sponsor, verification of your sponsors employment; and bank statements for
the last 6 months (translated into English) verifying the you or your sponsors ability to
cover your educational and personal expenses.
Cost of attending CVCC for International students:
- CVCC is a non-residential commuter campus. Non-immigrant students
will
always be charged out of state tuition.
- You may not receive financial aid from CVCC. If you fail to meet your financial
obligations to the college you will be dismissed and blocked from further enrollment.
- You must secure your own housing (CVCC assumes no responsibility for housing searches)
Prospective F-1 students must submit the following documents:
- I-134
– signed by sponsor in front of a notary or person certified to verify
the signature.
- Verification of their sponsors employment; and
- Bank statements for the last 6 months. Banks statements must be
translated into English and show US dollar amounts.
The minimum amount that you MUST verify is $17,619.00 per academic year. This figure
includes: housing, utilities, food and clothing, transportation expenses to and from
school; phone service; personal care, and travel expenses. This figure does NOT include
potential summer expenses. Actual costs for housing, food, travel, and other personal
expenses will vary.
