Distance Education
International Students living outside the United States who wish to take classes
through the CVCC Distance Education department are not required to go through the
regular International Student Application process. Please follow the directions
listed below and note that English proficiency is required to take these courses.
This opportunity is only available to students living outside the United States.

Please follow these directions instead:
- Fill out the pre-registration form below. You must
provide a valid email address in order for us to communicate with you. The
courses listed in the drop-down menu are the courses open to you for the
Spring 2007 semester. The last day to enroll in a Spring class is January
12th. The Summer schedule will be available in March 2007.
- Fill out the CVCC Application for Admission Online.
- Once you have applied, you will receive an email
from Kathyrn Daniel danielk@cvcc.vccs.edu
who will be your contact for enrolling.
- You MUST pay for your class in order to remain
enrolled in that class and to receive credit for it. You will be
informed through email of the payment due date. Please be aware
that if your class is not paid for by the date indicated, you
will be dropped from that class.
- Pay for your classes online with a credit card by
logging on to
your account – read the tutorial for
paying for classes online.
You may also pay for your classes over the telephone by
calling our Accounting Office at 434.832.7638.
- Email the instructor for you class to introduce
yourself and explain that you are an international student taking this
class from outside the United States.
- At the end of the semester if you would like a
transcript of your course mailed to you, send an email to Kathyrn Daniel -
danielk@cvcc.vccs.edu - requesting a transcript.
