Collision Repair Company seeks highly energetic individual to handle A/R, A/P, payroll, phone work, and miscellaneous accounting/admin functions. Must be positive, friendly, computer literate, pro-active and take initiative with great communication and phone skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Some Bookkeeping - A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger

Answer the company phones
Maintain office supplies

Greet and assist visitors

Assist senior staff with other routine administrative tasks

Maintain order in a high energy, fast-paced office!

 

Qualifications:

Articulate phone / communication skills
Good organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities

High school diploma

College Preferred

Certifications not required, but a bonus
