Common Sense Strategies For Managing Stress
Work It Off - Physical activity is a great outlet for physical stress.
Talk Shared troubles are a lighter load.
Avoid self-medication Drugs and alcohol are not a solution.
Eat right and get enough sleep Poor diet and little sleep sabotages all efforts to succeed.
Balance work and play to stay fresh and focused.
Be nice to others and shift your focus from yourself to someone else.
Set your priorities dont try to do it all or be all things to all people.
Ask yourself is it worth fighting about?
Go out and be among people. Sitting home only makes troubles seem worse.
