Training in ISO 9001
CVCC currently offers 2 services related to ISO 9001:
- Pre-assessments
- Internal Auditor Training.
For both of these services CVCC charges $60/hr and of course there
are no T&L costs.
Classes can be taught here at CVCC or at the client's location.
These classes and the ISO pre-assessment are both conducted by
Katie Epley as the instructor.
Katie has over 10 years of work experience in ISO 9001, as the management representative,
internal audit administrator and as lead internal auditor. She received and passed lead
assessor training for ISO 9001 (1994) and the update for ISO 9001(2000). Through American
Society for Quality she was certified as a Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, and Quality
Auditor. She was also an examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Award for 6 years
(1996 – 2001).
